Our Property
Set on two private acres of tropical gardens, Topanga Villa feels secluded while remaining just minutes from the restaurants and amenities of Ojochal. The estate includes three separate residences connected by lush garden pathways, giving groups plenty of space to gather while still enjoying privacy.
At the heart of the property is an expansive sunset terrace overlooking the pool and Pacific coast, with comfortable lounge seating, a bar area and pool cabana. Throughout the estate, guests will find inviting indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, modern amenities and abundant wildlife.

La Casa Principal
La Casa Principal is the heart of Topanga, featuring high beamed wood ceilings, a lavish lounge area, and dining room. Our spacious chef's kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, or you can request a private chef to prepare culinary specialties.
Additionally, a large family room with a conference area is available for watching movies, playing games, or conducting meetings. Laundry facilities are also on-site.

La Casita
La Casita is just steps away from La Casa Principal. It features two private bedrooms, each with a separate entrance through the garden courtyard.
Enjoy the fitness and spa area located below La Casita, where you can work out, stretch, or indulge in a relaxing on-site massage.

There are no words to describe how amazing this estate is. We spent a week here with friends. We will definitely be back. The house is fully appointed, private chefs available, massage services under the gazebo while you listen to wild toucans. Each room was spacious w/full baths and the beds comfy. The view from the house is something to behold. Cocktail hour was the best as we listened to the wild animals settle for the night and the sun setting over the horizon. Full service, internet and close to the little village of Ojochal.
Absolutely fantastic! This place is Heaven on Earth. The unspoiled vista really draws attention from every sense. Local Howlers call out in the morning and Toucan's were seen filling a tree at dusk - we counted 11 at one time! There is never a dull moment. The vantage point of sunsets over the Pacific are unmatched - truly awesome. The botanicals offer fantastic sights and smells, and have obviously been chosen to attract all sorts of activity from butterflies and birds; there were a variety of hummingbirds frequenting flowering bushes, and even a fly-by of Scarlett Macaws 50 feet over the pool. In 6 days we counted over 100 different bird species.

Wow, great experience!! The location, the property and home(s), and the support we got from Kari and her team were all exceptional. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Beyond a luxurious, comfortable, safe, clean property, every question we had and every issue or opportunity arose, Kari was there to solve it help. She was great (e.g. transportation needs, hiring a private chef (who was amazing), arranging activities where local complexity was involved, and helpful tips and suggestions). We could not have asked for more. Do yourself a favor and stay at Topanga Villa!
